Facility Description and Rental Info
The Cultural Arts Center has facilities available for rent. The largest and most popular room is the beautiful auditorium located in the center of the main building. The auditorium can provide chair seating for up to 300 people, either on the main floor or on risers. It can also accommodate table seating for an elegant sit-down dinner. Up to 20 large round tables for 8 can be spaciously placed on the floor. A stage is located in the auditorium with sound and lighting to accommodate productions. A wide movie screen is also available. The boardroom, located near the auditorium, is available for catering events.
A large banquet hall and kitchen can also be rented. The banquet hall can be used for receptions or sit-down dinners.
The courtyard is available for outside events. It is located right outside the banquet hall for an easy joint rental for weddings and parties.Rates and Deposits

- Host/Hostess for event - $15/hour
A deposit of 50% of the rental cost must be received at the time of booking and reserving the event date. A returnable damage deposit of $150 is also required. Deposit and all payments are made payable to The Cultural Arts Center. Final booking and guarantee of event date is assured upon receipt of balance owed for all services and rentals and must be received no later than 60 days prior to the event date, accompanied by a signed contract.
For cancellations, a partial refund will be granted with a written statement prior to the event.
90 days - 90% refund
60 days - 60% refund
30 days - 40% refund
29 days - 25% refund
Optional Services and Fees
- Janitorial - $50-100, determined by CAC based upon event
- Security-DSI - $12/hour
- Tables/Chairs - $100 set up fee
- Risers/Chairs - $100 set up/take down fee
- Sound Technician - $20/hour
- Light Technician - $20/hour
Policies and Procedures
The rental day is considered 8 a.m. until midnight.
All properties, decorations, etc., must be removed the day of the event or another day�s rent will be charged.
The rental rate includes the facility, lighted, heated or air-conditioned, the use of the stage, bathrooms and house lights.
The Quality Inn must provide any alcohol consumed on the premises.
An approved security agency must be on the premises at all times.
Equipment will ONLY be operated by CAC personnel.
Signs can be placed on stands or easels. No tape is to be used on walls or columns, floors, partitions, doors, windows, glass or any fixtures.
Nails, brads or other things shall not be driven into any portion of the building.
Any deviation or clarification of this policy must be discussed prior to use with CAC Director and technical staff.
Banners, drapes and other objects shall not be hung from conduits, lights fixtures, sprinkler pipes, etc. without permission from CAC Director.
No changes, alterations, repairs, painting, staining or any action that will change the finish, appearance or contours of the building will be permitted.
The sidewalks, passageways, halls, stairways and exits shall not be obstructed at any time.
There shall be no displays or exhibits outside the building, other than the Courtyard, without the permission of the CAC Director or technical personnel.
CAC equipment, including tools, ladders, vacuums, etc. shall not be used by any non-CAC employee.
All animals are prohibited unless CAC Director gives permission.
